I looked at your keyboard online and it appears it has a dedicated print screen key. You can configure this key to open the snipping tool as an alternative to Win+Shift+S if it is not working. Go to Settings > Ease of access > Keyboard > Print Screen shortcut.

It was working fine yesterday. Pressing WIn-Shift-S brings up the snipping tool and allows me to highlight an area to snip but when I do so, nothing happens. There is no way to edit or save the selected area. I use this frequently, so it is a big deal to me when it is not working. I have: A. shutdown and restarted Windows.
